UK SHIPPING

For all orders I use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery, which in most cases arrives the day after dispatch. Prices start from £1 and increases slightly depending on the weight of the order. Orders over £15 ship free.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I used Royal Mail International Standard delivery and delivery times vary from country to country. Prices start from £1.75 and increases slightly depending on the weight of the order. You’ll be able to see how much shipping is in the basket before checking out.

TRACKED, SIGNED & GUARANTEED DELIVERY

For all destinations, tracked and signed for delivery options are available. This can be added at checkout. Guaranteed next day delivery is for UK orders only and is guaranteed next day from the date the order is dispatched. If you need anything urgently, get in touch first and I’ll see what I can do. For express international delivery, please contact me for a quote.

Processing Times

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Generally, I can get items dispatched 1-3 days after the order has been placed. If you need something quicker, get in touch first.

Estimated shipping times

United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
North America: 10-14 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-14 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Cancellations

Try your best to contact me before the item has shipped. If an item has already been shipped, I would need to wait for the item to be returned to me before processing the refund.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
