Studio Tour

Want to know where your stationery is designed, made and packed? Wonder no more! Here’s a little sneak peek into my spare room studio in Salford.

It’s definitely an upgrade from my last place in Huddersfield! The space is on the top floor of a terraced house, sort of like a mezzanine. It has a massive storage cabinet which fits my printer, has plenty of space for raw materials and packaging and plenty of work top space for product photography, packaging and to store stock.

Where the chimney used to be has been hollowed at and made into a light well. Super useful for product photography!

I don’t like to keep a lot of stock, I much prefer to make to order – less waste that way as it means I only make what sells!

This is Tiffin, she’s just turned a year old in this picture. She keeps me company and by company I mean she literally follows me everywhere.

So that’s my studio! It still feels a little bare – I’d like to get more up on the walls and get some better storage for on top of the cabinet but for now I’m pretty pleased with how it’s laid out.

What does your studio look like? Have you done a post with a tour? I’d love a nosey! Pop your links below!
