Our aim is to add some colour and cheeriness to your everyday!
Everything you see in store is designed and handmade by Imanina (shop owner) in the UK.
If you decide to cancel the order, please ensure you do so before the item has been dispatched. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return postage, and I cannot offer a refund (not including postage) until I receive the item back.
If you cancel before your order has been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

Once payment is received, I do my best to dispatch items within 1-3 working days. During busier times, this could be a little longer. I will notify customers if there may be delay at time of purchase.
I use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
For all UK deliveries, I use First Class and a proof of delivery is obtained.
If you would like special or recorded delivery, this is available at an additional cost. Use the shipping calculator at checkout to see estimates.
Most items fit into a standard large letter box and prices are calculated based upon weight. Here’s an estimate of costs:
For overseas delivery, international standard delivery is used. I will do my best on my end to ensure your product arrives on time, but sometimes there can be delays and there may be an additional customs tax to pay at your end. Please note it could take up to four weeks (sometimes more!) for items to arrive and unfortunately, this is out of my control.
I do my best to create a product of highest quality. A lot of care is taken into packaging your product so that it arrives with you safely and with no damages. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please get in touch with me within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs, unless there is a fault with the item.
I do no accept returns for custom or personalised products unless damaged or faulty.

For very minor changes I don’t charge any extra, but sometimes I do to take into account the extra time and work needed.
For completely unique designs costs are negotiable but I also ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit.
